Color Correcting Images
- All files will be color corrected unless otherwise specified. To request uncorrected prints in ROES, you must select the non-color corrected catalog.
- In LabPrints, when you create your lab order, you must click the Add Order Servicesbutton and then check the box markedStudio Color Correct.
- Calibrating your monitor is a must if you plan to color correct your own images. Please see the Color Calibration tab for more information.
Digital File Requirements
- Save in sRGB color space.
- Files must be 8 bit. We do not accept 16-bit files.
- Size according to the image size at 250 ppi.
- Flatten all files before saving. PSD, RAW or layered TIF files are not accepted.
- Remove all alpha/extra channels and paths before saving.
- We recommend you save files in JPEG format at the highest quality level (12). We also accept flattened TIF files.
- Include the proper extension (.jpg or .tif).
- File names should contain numbers and letters only and should not exceed
15 characters. Files cannot contain the following characters: ^ * + < > ! ? ( ) # $ @ % ; : , ~ { } “” ‘’ ©
- Do not use Photoshop guides as cropping guides. Please include a proof or provide written instructions.
Corrections
We are happy to correct your submission errors. This will, however, result in additional service time and a charge for a minimum of 15 minutes of art time. |
