- Choose any of Apollo’s exclusive designs. All designs can be customized with your client’s personal message. Please note that all designs have fixed formats and fonts to maintain the integrity of the designs.

Systems
Use ROES, LabPrints Digital Studio or Illuma to order. E-surface paper is not available through Illuma.
- ROES, LP Digital Studio and Illuma include all Apollo designs and allow you to order using your own predesigned composite image.
- The ROES Pager design tool (free) allows you to design your own composite images.
- LP Composite Designer (available for purchase from LabPrints) includes templates for all Apollo designs and also allows you to design your own composite image.
If designing your own HotNotes:
- Submit your file as a JPEG in sRGB color space.
- Size your file to 5 x 7″ at 250 dpi.
- A small portion of your image is removed during trimming, so avoid placing essential image elements within ¼" of all sides.
