Restoration/Repair       $75 per hour
Repairs are made to return the photo as closely as possible to its original condition. Allow two additional business days. Apollo will provide a quote for anything estimated to exceed two hours prior to proceeding with work. Test prints are available upon request.

1. Automated retouching: Simple retouching appropriate for school, sports and special events. Not recommended for seniors or fine portraiture. Does not include extensive retouching services.
2. Basic facial retouching: Facial blemishes removed and skin tone blended. Facial lines, wrinkles and under-eye bags softened. Eye bags, scars, moles and freckles removed upon request at no additional charge.
3. Extensive facial retouching: Severe acne and related skin blemishes are corrected. Dark shadows under eyes, heavy lines and wrinkles on face, neck, arms and hands minimized. Tan lines retouched.

Soften Facial Shine
Shine will be softened on all faces within a photo that is submitted for this service unless otherwise indicated. Please specify if there are faces you do not want altered.

Removal of Glass Glare/Shadow
Basic removal eliminates glare on lens and frame not affecting the eye area. Shadow resulting from glasses on face is removed. Simple prices are based on a 10-minute maximum. Extensive removal involves removal of glare on eye area as well as lens and frame. Glass refraction and distortion caused by thick lenses is also corrected as part of extensive removal.

Eye Enhancement        $15 per person
White parts of the eye are whitened and eye outlines sharpened. Catch lights are added, removed or relocated upon request (instructions required).

Teeth Whitening and Correction/Braces Removal
Whitening is performed on both upper and lower teeth. Simple braces removal includes removing braces from upper and lower teeth when a minimal portion of teeth or braces is visible. Complex removal applies to braces covering large portions of the teeth. The complex level also includes replacement of pulled teeth and rearrangement of uneven teeth. Whitening is complimentary for the complex level.

Hair Removal/Correction
Removal of a few stray hairs from a simple background is considered a simple correction. The extensive level includes removal of numerous hairs (on head, face, neck or arm) or extension of a receding hairline or bald spot.

Addition of Person       $50 per person

Removal of Light Flare
Detail is re-created in areas that have been blown out by glare. Simple re-creation involves the background only. Any detail reconstruction on a face, clothing or any other foreground area is considered complex.

Removal of Background Flaw
Removal of dust spots, pinholes or similar flaws from a simple background is considered a minor adjustment. More significant flaws are considered moderate flaws and might require an additional two business days for removal.

Extension of Existing Background
Areas of the existing background can be re-created, or edges of the background can be extended as part of a simple extension. More significant re-creations and extensions are billed as medium or complex, depending on degree of difficulty.

Tip: To make a background extension look realistic, photograph the studio background under the same lighting conditions as the image you are fixing and submit it with your order. Specify in the special instructions that you are submitting a sample background image.

New Background
An existing background can be replaced with a studio background. Allow two additional business days.

Swapping of Eyes or Heads     $33 per person
Eyes or heads can be replaced with those from another image. Allow two additional business days.

• Use ROES, LabPrints or a digital order form. Digital order forms can be mailed to or dropped off at Apollo.
• Please submit a proof guide and instructions for your image when possible.
• All faces within a photo submitted for facial retouching or softening of facial shine will be adjusted unless you indicate otherwise. Specify if there are any faces you do not want altered.
• As many as 20 retouched images can be burned to a CD for $5 per order.
• Apollo will call for approval of all artwork expected to exceed two hours.
